CIVC Partners Sells Its Interest in Affinity Development Group to EMAP USA

CIVC Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm affiliated with Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) announced today that it has sold its interest in San Diego, Ca. based Affinity Development Group, to EMAP USA, a division of EMAP, Plc. Affinity Development Group, formed in 1997, develops and operates membership based affinity clubs and operates an auto buying service. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"The Affinity management team, led by Jeff Skeen and Gary Drean, has done an outstanding job building this business over the past three years."
