EPIC Technologies, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhawnesh Mathur as CEO, effective June 23, 2008. Mr. Mathur is a dynamic leader with proven success in winning new business, developing world class partnerships and implementing global supply chain networks with focus on growth and customer service. During his nearly 30-year career in the electronics industry, he has implemented successful domestic and international growth strategies which created industry leadership for IBM, Arrow Electronics, and Sanmina-SCI. Mr. Mathur received an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BSChE from the University of Florida.

John Sammut will be a key resource to Bhawnesh during this transition and will continue to be a member of the Board of Directors. Randon Haight, who had acted as interim CEO, also resumes his role on EPIC’s Board of Directors. “We appreciate all that Randy has done to support EPIC. He will also work with Bhawnesh during his transition to the CEO role,” added Wedner.
