Kelsey joined CIVC in 2024 and leads the Firm’s talent and executive network development efforts. Prior to CIVC, Kelsey was with PierceGray, a boutique executive search firm in Chicago, where she focused on supporting Private Equity portfolio companies in recruiting top leaders. Kelsey received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Acting from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.
